2021 ProHealth Care Walks for Cancer

McNulty Strong

On February 12, 2017, our world changed forever when Barry McNulty was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Barry fought so hard, but lost the battle with this dreaded disease on September 19, 2018.

The UW Cancer Center at ProHealth was there for our family every step of the way. We had the best care by the most compassionate, kind and hardworking doctors and nurses. Dr. Hake and team did everything they could, and my kids and I will be forever grateful.

This year we have chosen to walk 53 miles in 17 days. 53 represents the age Barry was when he died and 17 is the number of months that he fought the disease.

Please consider supporting our team so that others on their cancer journey can get the same care that Barry was so fortunate to receive.
